About Us

​This program is being overseen by Scott Hennessey, a former Scout for the Los Angeles Dodgers Organization, who is now the Manager for their AA Team, the Tulsa Drillers.   Scott has over 25 years of Professional Baseball experience in Scouting and Coaching.  Some of the successful Players who have gone through his Program:​​​​

Exposure is a key component to our program

The Florida Dodgers Scout Team Program is a developmental program created to help your son reach his full baseball potential and become a better athlete.  It is offered to all current players in High School.

Our staff will focus on the person first and player second.  We want to develop strong young men and help them reach their goals, whatever they may be. Our instructors are hardworking, motivated and committed to helping your son train in a healthy and safe environment. 

Exposure is a key component to our program. We will ensure maximum exposure and attend quality events.

We are proud to be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and Coaching and Team fees are kept to a minimum. This program is not a profit-making organization. We are here solely to help baseball players become better and educate them about the process.
