FLORIDA DODGERS SCOUT TEAM
The Florida Dodgers Scout Team Organization is led and overseen by Scott Hennessey, who has recently been promoted to Manager of the Triple‑A Oklahoma City Comets, the top minor‑league affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Scott brings nearly two decades with the Dodgers organization to the program, having joined in 2007 as an amateur scout in Florida before transitioning into player development and coaching roles starting in mid‑2017.

- Second‑winningest manager in Tulsa Drillers history, accumulating 455 wins over seven seasons (2017–2024), behind only Bobby Jones in wins dating back to the franchise’s inception in 1905.
